  • jesus is god jesus is not god bla bla !!!!

    that's not the question

  • I also note Matt 28:19 does not say either "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Lord Jesus" or "in the name of God" or even "in the name of the Lord" or "in the name of the Holy Trinity" (obviously) but "in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" and not "in the names of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"; in the name of the Everlasting Father and of the Prince of Peace and of the Wonderful Counsellor, as it were.

  • Why then call it "god the father" and "god the son" if it's the same thing? Christians always call them by different names yet they say it's the same thing? Three personalities?Three parts?Don't attribute such superficial things to Allmighty God? God is not contained to "parts", "personalities" and "pictures". God being man? This doesn't represent his might and size (in everything). God in human form... that picture doesn't show his size because He is limitless! It paints a false picture of God!

  • @urbanguru I guess that would explain whey God the Son was limitless! Look at what he did and continues to do!

  • @urbanguru Don't scientists talk about the Sun in terms of gases and photons and neutrinos and so on? Yet all are talking about one thing, the Sun. Following your logic, looking up into the sky gives you a false picture of the Sun. Yet the Sun is both round and bright. While our understanding of God can only ever be partial, Jesus (however small!) shows us important aspects of God, who is bright with holiness and rounded with love and compassion.

  • @nepistepa Agree mostly with what you are saying bro. Therefore it is important that we pray and aim our intent at the Infinite God and not the finite "parts" if you understand what I mean :).

  • @urbanguru I'm not sure I do see what you mean. See Matt 6:9 "Pray then like this: Our Father who art in heaven"; Acts 7 «And as they were stoning Stephen, he prayed, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit."» Praying to Jesus, as Stephen did, makes sense because "he always lives to make intercession for" his Church, as does the Holy Spirit: Romans 8 "the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God" God doesn't deny communication with the Spirit (Philip) or angels (Mary & Gabriel).

  • There are Alot more , but my point is;

Deut. 18:22, "If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him."

  • Watchtower False Profhecies;1918 "Therefore we may confidently expect that 1925 will mark the return of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the faithful prophets of old, particularly those named by the Apostle in Hebrews 11, to the condition of human perfection," (Millions Now Living Will Never Die, p. 89).

  • Watchtower False Prophecies;"The year 1925 is here. With great expectation Christians have looked forward to this year. Many have confidently expected that all members of the body of Christ will be changed to heavenly glory during this year. This may be accomplished. It may not be. In his own due time God will accomplish his purposes concerning his people. Christians should not be so deeply concerned about what may transpire this year," (Watchtower, Jan. 1, 1925, p. 3).

  • Luk 4:8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Hbr 1:6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

  • The Watchtower CLAIMS that all Bible versions are corrupt exept the New World Translation(Watchtower Bible) and the King James are reliable.

Conclusion Get a red letter kjv of the BIBLE rev1:8 is in RED.

  • Is JESUS GOD? Lets see WHAT THE BIBLE has to say; (God Jhn 1:1; Mat 1:23; Isa 40:3) (Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever Hbr 1:8) (The Mighty God Isa 9:6) (The Everlasting God Isa 40:28) (The True God 1Jo 5:20) (My Lord and my God Jhn 20:28) (God my Saviour Luk 1:47) (Over all, God blessed for ever.Amen Rom 9:5) (God manifest in the flesh 1Ti 3:16) (Our God and Savior 2Pe 1:1) (The great God and our Saviour, Jesus Christ Tts 2:13) (Emanuel, God with us Mat 1:23)
  • If JESUS was not GOD he would have REBUKED Thomas for BLASFEMY!!!As the Mosaic Law commanded them to do (Leviticus 24:15).

Jhn 20:28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.

  • JESUS is NOT Michael/ WAKE UP!

    Dan 10:13

Notice: The three references to Michael in Daniel are: "one of the chief princes," "your prince," and "the great prince." Christ is never referred to, as one of the chief princes, your prince or the great prince in the Bible. Jesus is called, "Prince of peace," — Isa. 9:6, and "Prince and Savior" — Acts 5:31. As one can see, the titles of Michael and Jesus are not the same.

  • Who is ALPHA and OMEGA, FIRST and Last?Isa 44:6 Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I [am] the first, and I [am] the last; and beside me [there is] no God. Rev 1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: Rev 1:18 I [am] he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death

  • The Father is God:

2 Peter 1:17 For he received honor and glory from God the Father when that voice was conveyed to him by the Majestic Glory, saying, “This is my Son, my Beloved, with whom I am well pleased.” (NRSV) See also John 6:27 and Ephesians 4:6

  • The Son is God:

John 1:1-14 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. Verse 14 tells us ‘the word’ is Jesus.

Colossians 1:15-19 also tells us Jesus created everything. Hebrews 1:6 tells us that the angels worship Jesus as God. In Phil 2:5-6 tells us that Jesus temporarily gave up his equality with the father to become human. See also John 5:17-18;10:33

  • The Holy Spirit is God:

Acts 5:3-4 Peter asked, “why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back part of the proceeds of the land? While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, were not the proceeds at your disposal? How is it that you have contrived this deed in your heart? You did not lie to us but to God!”

  • No thats pretty unreal! LOL

PS: Can you show me in the Bible anywhere it says God the Son?

    or God the Holy Spirit?

no you can't only God the father!

  • Ever notice that Only the Father is referred to as "God the" like "God the father". nowhere does it say God the Son, or God the Holy Spirit

.And what is the Holy Spirits name? Father = Jehovah Son = Jesus Christ Holy Spirit = ???

Also Jesus said many times he Loves the Father, And The Father says he Loves the Son.

Can anyone show us where it is ever stated That the Holy Spirit Loves the Son or the Father?

Do they not love the HS? or does it love the other two?

  • @pcbarter God is love, God was made man, man by law is to love God with all your mind, body and spirit. HS is God so it is love so it doesn't mean if it's not mentioned it is not loved. He only demonstrated thru his son so ppl can realize that God really Love Jesus and Ppl need to love Him. Holy spirit like i said is comforter. He is part of God so he is love.

  • The scriptural facts. There are at least seven scriptural facts that reveal the Triune God.

    God is uniquely one—Isa. 44:6; 1Cor. 8:4,6.

    God is triune—Gen. 1:26; Matt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14.

All three are God—1 Pet. 1:2; Heb. 1:8; Acts 5:3-4.

    All three are eternal—Isa. 9:6; John 1:1; Heb. 9:14.

All three exist at the same time—Matt.3:16-17.

    All three are one—John 10:30; 14:8-11; 2 Cor. 3:17.

    All three are in us—Gal. 4:6; Eph. 4:6; Rom. 8:10; John 14:17.

  • @celioabatti mentioning al three doesn't make them one or the same,LOL!

then according to John 17:20, 21.the christian cong would be part of that trinity.

What would that be? Manyity? A pagan origininated doctine deos not make any sence no matter how hard you try and twist scripture around it.

google true origin of the trinity doctrine .

  • @celioabatti

    God is uniquely one—Isa. 44:6; 1Cor. 8:4,6.

    yes he is !

  • @pcbarter 1Jo 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (NOTICE THE WORD US)

Then the LORD God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, lest he stretch out his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever"-- (Genesis 3:22)

"Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another's speech." (Genesis 11:7)

  • @celioabatti

God is triune—Gen. 1:26;Yes with his master worker, thus us.. Matt. 28:19;Mentioning 3 doesn't make then the same, lol 2 Cor. 13:14 NOTE: He mentions Jesus and then says and God, not even saying and the father, showing a destinction in Jesus, the Holy spriit and GOD!

I will write that one down . good one to show the diffence in jesus and God!!

    thx

  • @pcbarter There is no recorded use in any ancient language in the BC period, or in the classical Roman or Greek period where the pronoun WE is ever equivelant to I.

    We = MORE THAN ONE

  • @celioabatti All three are God—

1 Pet. 1:2; Another good one destintion between Jesus and God!

Heb. 1:8; again, destinction note You are almighty God or even you are god ? Acts 5:3-4. can't even imagine where you were going on this one.

  • @celioabatti All three are eternal—

Isa. 9:6;John 1:1;not all scholars agree if the a should be in there or not , so not a real arguing point. My study show it had an a a god or devine one.

Heb. 9:14. Didn't say he had no beginning but is now everlasting and note: Offered himself to God. Did he offer himself to himself, se how illogical the idea is?

ISA 9:6 Yes a Mighty God or Devine one others in the Bible were mentioned as gods but never as Almighty God

  • @celioabatti All three exist at the same time—

Matt.3:16-17. HA again, yes all at same time but not the same.

NOTE he saw not "My spirit" not part of me but God's holy Spirit again showing a destinction.

How can you not see that?

  • @celioabatti All three are one

John 10:30; Again as previous scripture he also said the same to the christian congregation. Which is also not part of God

14:8-11; Like father like son ,he was the exact representaion of the father not not the same being. Ever note the Bible says God the Farter but NEVER God the son or God the holy spirit? Why would that be if they are the same being.?

  • @celioabatti 2 Cor. 3:17.Again it is Jehovah, nowhere says The Son is that.

He as all in hevean are spirits and Jehovah is a spirit and has his holy spirit.

  • @pcbarter

You are clearly a JW. If JESUS IS a God as YOU Claim That COMPLETELY CONTRADICTS ( ISAIAH 43:10 ) Ye [are] my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I [am] he: (before me there was no God formed,) (neither shall there be after me.) WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @pcbarter
