@ZombieSlayer1210 I'm not sure on those issues. Your best bet would be to contact your local recruiting office and ask them. Have you thought about cadets?
I got a few questions, can a type 1 diabetic join the TA? I'm 14 at the moment and have pretty good control of diabetes. Also I have a nut allergy, would this affect my chances of signing up? I'm interested to be in the artillery section of the army :) thanks
Lower limit is 18 I think but there was a 17 1/2 yr old lad on my basic training. Not sure how it works, best check with your unit. The upper age limit is definitely 43. If you want to become an officer then the upper limit is 35 I believe
im building my fitness so ill be able to operate and maintain AS90 howitzer its one of the physically demanding jobs as u must be able to move a 43kg artilley shell and fire at least 3 shots in 1 min or 30 secs need to know wot the fitness standards r
I'm very interested in joining the TA. But I don't know enough on joining, I know you can learn specialist skills after basic training, but what if you wanted to become a field medic or pilot? how does it work?

What's the age limit for joining mate ? I'd look it up, but I'm about to hit the sack. TA might be right for me.

@Nunfluff Piloting would be in the RAF I should have thought and their upper age limits quite young, something like 21 I think.
