I don't know if anyone has written this before me but it's really, really good to take a cold shower after the skin brushing thingie. Makes your whole body tingle and feel happy and perky!! :o) I used to do this when I was younger, kept on doing it for many years. Then I got lazy and finally I stopped.

Well, guess who's gonna start again? ;o)

i started watching your videos because i'm learning about wicca and paganism and i've found your videos to be very helpful. ;) i didn't expect to see a video on hyperkeratosis pilaris. in fact, i had never heard of it until now, yet i've lived with this skin problem my whole life! i've gone to doctors and they never gave me a name for it, much less told me how to treat it. i'm definitely going to give this a try and see if it works! thank you so much!

quick question: does dry brushing help relieve dry skin at all? i have very dry skin and it has become progressively worse over time- i apply lotion every day and use moisturizing soap and body wash but it doesn't help. will this work to help regenerate my painful dry skin?

Really!!! Brush to remove old dry skin etc....??? How about kiseh & safidab the two great body wash that even removes the dead skin &&& it was used during the ancient time in Persia & is still being used. You can only purchase them online.

And about those little red bumps on the back of the hahds, I got rid of them with home made scrub made of coffee grounds and jojoba oil)

So I thought this may be hepl too for those who has similiar problem.

This has been the most helpful video for me on Youtube. I know a lot of Psychic Vampires and in the past I've always taken a shower after dealing with them - the water is cleansing but after hearing this video, I decided to try dry brushing beforer the shower - it was so aura cleansing - after the shower I was right back to my old self instead of taking all night like I normally do.

You Know what, a person I know said to stay dirty when one is sick and stay away from everyone ( apparently not to infect them ) I never believed it. Funny thing is he lived till 90 years old.
