I think Shazia Manzoor has a better voice than Hadiqa. She is very good in classical music and I have liked her more than Hadiqa. Hadiqa is very flat. Shazia sings good classical and has a lot of variation

I disagree with you. Hadiqa have sung all kind of songs, and she has done a good job with them. If you get her album you will see all kind of variations and range in her voice. I am not sure if you have seen Shazia Manzoor on geo applause, she sang two indian songs on that show and she was unable to hit those high powerful notes.
