One last comment,...was concerned about message length, so cut short. The yodeling thing would sound great on some blue grass tunes, but it just doesnt' fit this song. IMHO.

Elley, it's pretty evident that you can do whatever you want with your voice...and it is a beautiful voice with some pretty good picking. You might consider trying the vocals without so much of what sounds like a "yodeling" effect. You're demonstrating great vocal flexibility, but it gets in the way of listening to your pretty tone and the guitar sound underneath.  Chase your dreams!!.
