As anyone with a basic knowledge of chemistry knows, the PH of water is 7! If you have "water" with a PH higher or lower than 7, something else is in it. Kangen water has had its minerals zapped with electricity to "ionize" it, which we also know you cannot ionize water, creating sodium hypochlorite or sodium hydroxide , not healthy to drink!
@MindofaJedi I went to my Urologyst for my kidney stones. He said if you had a high PH like 7 as the booklets say, it would give you a different kind of kidney stone. I showed my son and he still wasn't impressed. He said by the time the water gets to your kidney's, it has to have changed the kind it was going in, because a person could not live with it like what they say. Before they made this water people got by alright. My grandmother lived to be 92 and never touched a drop of it.
@inspire734 If you eat a vegan diet based mainly on fruits and veggies your urine PH will be about 7, at least mine is when I'm doing the green juice thing. However drinking water with a little bleach in it like Kangen and paying 4,000 bucks to do it is crazy. The worst thing is if you mix sodium hypochlorite from Kangen water with the pesticides you are trying to wash off your fruits, you can possibly create carcinogenic compounds.

You can place this water in a small spray bottle and use it as a germ fighter, without using harsh chemicals.

The lady that sold the unit to my son told him that she hears this a lot. It hasn't cured my fibromyalgia or arthritis at all.
I thought kangen water was the same as ionized water which is highly alkaline, not acidic. Also, doesn't the body naturally regulate it's pH level? One other thing, isn't having a body that is highly alkaline just as bad as having one that is highly acidic?

Don't know if anyone answered your questions or not loopba, but what this video is trying to share is this, If you wash your produce with Kangen Water you will kill the potential bacteria and the pesticides that are oil based will float off. They do not come off with regular tap or RO water.
And the acid water that the machine makes of 2.5 "Will" kill e-coli, etc. even HIV.
