this was way back in the day. they were probably playing at some local festival or were the opening band. yes, most rock bands start out this way. i remember going to a no use for a name concert and the opening band was yellowcard and nobody knew them

I'm not sure about that. Apple Shampoo was on Dude Ranch which is the CD that had Josie and Dammit on it...They were pretty big before they even released the videos for those.

I got into Blink-182 in '97 when they released that cd. I definatly wouldn't say they were big but they did get a little bit of airtime for their 2 music videos. I went to one of their concerts in '98 and there were less then 100 people there. They hit the bigtime when they released 'What's My Age Again?'
