  • I wish gospel music sounded this good. I guess you can't have everything, can you? Peace.

  • So beautiful. Thank you for uploading.

  • i prefer amethystium

  • wow fresh!

  • Faeries are real people you know. Don't take them for granted! The instruments in this music, so lovely! The clarseach, the celtic flute, the uillean pipes. Celtic music is the most perfect! I will remain loving and loyal to these angelic tones until I die!

  • @RobbytheLion Of course they are real people! And they're not there to be our slaves. Neither are they there to be our masters. Some of them have reincarnated as humans, it's wonderful to meet one! If a bit scary...

  • If anyone know tabs to this song, please write to me ^^

  • Really good

  • Feels like my spirit could ascend from my body and become entwined with this beautiful music in dance

  • you feel your spirit and soul could leave your body and dance in flow to this beautiful music

  • I saw a fairy when i was a kid, does that count? Nice song and video but i dont usually think of fairies and palmtrees together.

  • @BJHBNE If the Fairies also lived in Sumer/Mesopotamia, as the Garden of Eden story suggests, then yeah there'd be Fairies and palmtrees together. We associate them with Ireland or Nordic countries the most because those were their most recent interactions with the human society, but at one point they lived all over the planet just like we do, not being bound so strictly to material place either. Their Lightbody form allows instant travel.

  • I gotta ask to the world. Why are the Irish folk songs so beautiful? I am a guy but it almost makes me teary... And it makes me proud that I've been to Ireland. :-) Greeting from Korea!!

  • @singingindark12 Sorry for replying so late. Legend says, Irish music is so beautiful because the musicians have been taught by the Fairies (spiritual people who lived on Earth but are now in another dimension). The music connects with all the collective emotions that we each have inside, so it can bring tears. Men have emotions too! :)

  • @slendersail

wow.. that's reasonable.. I wanna know how to play lute..

  • Would you guys like to hear an acoustic guitar rendition of this song?

  • @buzzedbunny123 Yeah would be awesome xD

  • Does there exist any tabs? ^^

  • I love the claseach so much. It's on the list of the many instruments I'd love to learn to play some day.

  • sigh love this so much-it is like heaven

  • beautiful. i remember hearing this song as a young American boy, we had some very tall radio towers in the distance that you could see from the woods and we called them "Dragon's Nests" and this song was always there, thank you.

  • It reminds me of magic and love.

  • @LadyLakeMusic , glad you liked it welcome to my channel .

  • I like the fairies. But then again, I have an imagination. Without imagination where did some get ideas for the inventions we take for granted?

  • @Malikassecrets Imagination is just 5th dimensional thought. Inventions come from actively connecting with higher aspects of ourselves.

  • Beautiful pieces of filming! Love the reeds and drops!

  • i love this peice of music absolutly stunning video :)

    thank you for posting

    xxxx

  • this video was great with the time lapse rain drops and the fast moving over head shots of the canopy- BuT the fairies ruined it for me! I know this song is about fairies but the pics were tacky.

  • @Fionnghula Thanks for your comment and thankyou for watching .

  • I love the music, and the video.

  • O' Carolan song, played on harp by Maire Brennan.

  • I love the song and the video is so right for this - great job!

  • thankyou my friend .

  • I want to be married to this song when I walk down the aisle with my sweetheart and call my first born girl Maeve, Queen of Fairies :)

  • it seems to me that would be a beautiful way to start your married life .

  • If you are so fixated with fairy culture why get wed in a church at all? Why not wed in a stone circle or in old woodland? Now that would be something!

  • @Punorss Fetishism of the past doesn't mean one understands the past. The Fairies were responsible for both pagan and Christian culture, so you can still find Fairies in church, in truth Christianity is supposed to be a link between Fairytales and human linear reality. The Fairies who didn't go to another dimension were incarnated as humans. Humans are just scared of their own dark side, and lock it outside of the "Circle" (Kirk=Church).

  • @slendersail Yeah. And Jesus said blessed are the fairies. Thats my favorite part of Johns gospel.

  • @Punorss He does?! I have to look it up again. John is the best of the four mainstream, but I like Mary too. "Do you think I made these things up in my heart, Peter? That I'm saying I had a vision of him ascending the levels, when it didn't really happen?" :)

  • @Punorss Umm, do you know Queen, "My Fairy King"? It tells the history there, how it happened. When I was 16, I sat down and wrote everything about how it happened and what it means just by listening to those songs, and at the end I completely surprised myself with the obvious conclusion about that person: "So... you're... you're... a FAIRY? You *channel* their whole history?" Aaah, crazy times...

  • Love this piece of music!

  • I love Irish music ! its beautiful.

  • oh, I love that tune.Isn't it called the Fairy Queen ?

  • It's so simple and so peaceful.

  • amazing + i can play it

  • Ta e breagha. :)

  • I love Almabot!

  • the instruments are either a mandolin or a harpsichord. i think it's the latter but i could be wrong. awesome vid.

  • it's a harp

  • This is Maire Brennan on the harp; it's her composition. She is possibly backed up by an accoustic guitar, and a flute played by other members of Clannad.

  • actually it's supposed to be O'Carolan. Very pretty. I don't think I knew Maire played harp. Love it. :)

  • To rhowenna about "The Sidhe are calling me home!"

    I know, me too (ahhh...daydreaming ^_^).

(When it's my time to leave this earth,

can/may I please go live with the Faeries? ^_^)

    =^____^=

  • Where the wandering water gushes From the hills above Glen-Car, In pools among the rushes That scare could bathe a star, We seek for slumbering trout And whispering in their ears Give them unquiet dreams; Leaning softly out From ferns that drop their tears Over the young streams. Come away, O human child! To the waters and the wild With a faery, hand in hand, For the world's more full of weeping than you can understand
  • ah now I see , these words fit perfectly for this video of mine thankyou .

  • The "Come away, O human child" idea was

recently used in an episode of Torchwood

(BBC and BBC America) (it's a spinoff of

the new version of Doctor Who ^_^).

    =^___^=
