I'm moving into my own space soon and am looking at getting a toaster oven ? Are there any certain brands that anyone recommend ? Also which ones are reasonable $wise :) Thanks in advance !
I have a great toaster oven, so it's lovely to have these recipes Sonja. I think toaster ovens are fabulous and I agree, the less I have to wash up after dinner the better! Did I hear that you're writing a cookbook for the toaster oven? I'd buy it :) Thanks so much ! New subscriber :) oxo
Sonja - thank you for sharing. I love this idea, and especially when I am in the process of building a new kitchen and currently have no oven. On a side note, I respect how you never let your daughter be shown on camera.
Hi Sonja, do you ever use parchment paper instead of tin foil? Are there any differences in the times to cook using the different wraps? I'm so excited that you are publishing a book. I hope you are doing okay during this rough patch in your life, but you seem very strong and I wish you the very best.
Im loving this recipe, but Im skeptical if a toaster oven could actually cook through a piece of meat thoroughly. It does look good, but Im wary of trying it.
This looks like a lovely dish, one that my little daughter would scarf down for sure. I would love to see you cook some more kid-friendly dishes. I have the same approach to cooking; I want something simple, fresh, and edible that necessitates the least clean-up possible! Thank you so much! BTW, I could bring this recipe home for around $5, but then I live in the midwest. Susan

I love the little old black cube tv in the corner. Oh and the expansive view of the garden!

I like the idea of it. I will def try it. But I would lightly preseason the chicken breast first and let it marinate.
