Install the game in other directory, i have same problems (no settings.ylm found on disk etc.) Install the game several times to find the problem (use w7).Change the directory when install the game like "C:\Users\Username\Documents" and NOT C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Driver San Fransisco

Do that if you don't find the settings.yml at first installation on "Express" directory of the game!!! Hope Help!!! Sorry For Language!!!... The game runs and it's ok now!!!

I have an other but also SKIDROW driver sf downloaded, was about 7.49gbyte, and the install looks the same. The problem is, when i update it and install the crack like you, there isn't that file in appdata/local/ubisoftgamelaunc­her. That's empty, there are just 2 empty folders inside ubisoftgamelauncher. For everyone who is having the problem where you can not load the game up.. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Driver San Francisco and right click on Driver.exe and go to properties. Once in there, go to the 'compatibility' tab and check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and choose from the drop down list "Windows XP (service Pack 3)" (Some people will also need to check the "Run As Administrator" Box.. Thumbs up if this worked so everyone can see!

Try installing at C:/Driver San Francisco instead of C:/Program files. Update and copy Skidrow and start the game. I'm not sure if it works for everyone but it worked for me.

SOLUTION! Install the game normally, then DO NOT UPDATE! just extract all files of Skidrow Crack to the game folder in (C:). After this DELETE THE FOLDERS Ubisoft Game Launcher in both directories (C:/Program files/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher... and C:/User/AppData/Local/Ubisoft Game Launcher) Don't forget the allow ghost folders to appear, so you be able to see the folders in User directories. After that RUN the game as administrator.

Open my Computer. Click Tools/Folder Options/View/And mark "Show hidden files and folders"

Than go to :

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER\Local Settings\Application Data\Ubisoft Game Launcher and delete the settings.yml here, hope i helped, thumbs up. =)
