Julius555 - there is no way in hell that is true. I'm sure if you think about it you will realize that "wacky music" and fake audience sounds etc were added afterward as they are for any production. Who would add those sounds to this stunt after they have footage of a guy murdering someone, lol? I am virtually positive this is fake as no proof/news of it is anywhere on the net, only debate over if it's real. And it certainly wouldn't be leaked in an already edited form resembling a PSA.

Okay, here is absolute proof that this is a commercial filmed in Argentina verses a Russian camera show. Go to 0:17 and stop. Notice the color of the taxi in the background. Now do a google search and type in "Argentina taxi picture" You have a match!! Now type in "Russia taxi picture" You do not have a match! Plus, Argentina is filled with many races of people verses the one race in Russia. Notice the different shades of people involved in the video.
