I dont mind wearing fur. In my opinion, fur was used since the cavemen or prehistoric times or whatever, so, it's basically an option for clothing - since it started out to keep people warm and synthetic ones came along. i think the only acceptable way people should be wearing fur and leather is through reasonable measures -- i.e. allowing the animals to live fulfilling lives, and then humanely sacrificing them, and not only for their fur, but for the meat, etc. (like the Native American's have done in the past). i agree with both sides; you can't corrupt everyone into your beliefs, but boundaries do have to be set. its a very complicated issue.

Although I am a PETA contributer and I don't wear fur or leather. I have to admit, trashing a catwalk which a designer spent a long time working on and models themselves is OTT.

@aescom Yup, I still don't think wearing fur and leather is right. I wear faux fur and leather, it's just I think some people should get their view across in a better way and it will probably be more effective than this. By doing this ^^ everyone just thinks peta is a bunch of idiots (which they are not!) and so therefore they won't support us. It's really just negative.....

i think peta is right for invading fur wearing fashion shows. not just fur made from endangered species, but any kind of fur. if you've seen how fur is taken from the animals, you'd understand. GO PETA!!!!!
