If NiGHTS' name wasn't revealed, we'd merely call it "a nightmaren" and say "It's just flying around waiting to be dualized so it can defeat Wizeman". But we have a connectiong with it due to know it's name is NiGHTS so we don't say "it" anymore =p

In case anyone is wondering, the Nightmaren hierarchy is as follows: Wizeman is on the top tier, Reala and NiGHTS are a step below, Jackle is on the step below that one, and below Jackle are Nightmaren like Clawz and Puffy. At least, I think that's how it went. Clawz may have actually been on the same tier as Jackle, I forget where I read this.
