First off, I have not seen Hayley's uncensored boobs, and I'm not likely to unless someone shoves the pic in my face. It doesn't matter if this was a pic that she posted or if it was hacked. She seems like she goes out of her way to maintain a fairly clean image. So, it wouldn't make sense that this would be intentional.
