I'm guessing it's a comparison, between how kids are naturally innocent and have nothing sexual about them, and if you imagine a school play it's all very innocent and sweet and makes you smile. But then you compare that to how men and women are portrayed in media, and you wonder why people grow up into adults with issues. Looks like they were trying to show that by having the kids do dance moves and act stuff that adults think are natural, but are actually not, especially when a kid does it.

I must say, I am thoroughly unimpressed with this new music from them, where is the brilliance of their first album in songs like Take me out and Music is the Victim? Those were the scissor sisters I loved and I fear we're not going to ever hear from them again. I´m not bitter, but only expressed what I think about this song, specifically. Personally, I think the best work of the band was the second, TA-DAH. For me, the third was aggressive, excepting the single FIRE WITH FIRE. I partially agree with you, when you say it´s good to change, to avoid staying the same forever. What some people (especially those all up on Maroon 5 these days) fail to realize is Scissor Sisters have been doing this kind of music and crossing with other artists for a very long time. Look up their reworking of Pet Shop Boys "Flamboyant" for reference. Anyway, this isn't as much of a departure for the Sisters as many are making it out to be. Anyway, it's called evolving and expanding. All great bands / artists do it and SS is no exception. I never heard Krystal Pepsy but I liked this.
