well they usually "go down" on the street. i know you never would have guessed it with the name and all. you can look for the highly elusive street race on friday and saturday nights usually with warmer than 60 degree weather on maybe a main street or your local walmart parking lot. but be quick to get there because the police love to prey at the spots that the street racers congregate and graze at.
