thats FSX. i can tell by the jetways. and the default engine sounds. FSX isnt gonna have good graphics for everyone cuz they have to turn down quality for good frames.

That is becase on FSX there is no like a real crash effect unless you download. And many of the crash effects are for fs2004

How do you get the engine to burn without it's just written: Crash! or "Aircraft overstressed" on the top screen?

What I do is to go to realism settings and turn off damages and aircraft stress. Then, to make engine fires and stuff like that, go to failures and click on the failures you want to happen to your aircraft.

hia i have this exact plane and i cant get the cabin crew thing to speak like the safety talk and as u can see the captin has turned the seatbelt signs on please fasten ur seatbelt thing and so on.how do u do it.
