@jacobsterful As most people will have noticed for the most part a persons eyes are never exactly the same size, in anime they almost always are, but if you'll notice, Minato's head is turned slightly to the right, his right that is, and when peoples heads are turned the eye from our vantage point appears to be a bit smaller. In the end you might have noticed that the drawing still looked fine, and while I have no problems with the smallness of the eye, I do believe it may be just a bit to wide.
