  • let me ask you something..... i know you do all your own stuff and obviously it works for you.... but you realy think 3 hours is okay??? since your testosterone levels drop after about an hour and fifteen minutes?? i mean don't get me wrong i'm not hating i'm a personal trainer myself but i respect you from all the videos and you show that you know what you're talking about... and the results show as well... but i was just curious about that. Much Respect brah

  • Yeah i kno what you mean, i dont do that as much anymore, it was a persnal thing, i felt like i could go on so i did, but as a trainer you must understand that some have better rang of motion than others and more endurence, i simply did it to feel "satisfyed" but i wouldnt do thiss to a clint! its do as i say not as i do type of thing, and wen you reach a certin level? it just turns into a challnge at that point, and thanks for the question

  • no i know exactly what you mean i did a marathon workout to myself the other day haha only because i felt good and i almost felt like a superhero or something but i appreciate the feedback and like i said you love to workout and we have the same jobs so i got nothin but respect for you and good luck with making progress.
