It would be okay to say that, but only if you actually knew Mariah as a person and not just her public persona. I love Mariah and Adele. Rare voices...their little subtle vocal inflections (most people don't notice) give me chills.

This song has been out since (I think) June in the US. In the UK it was out at the end of last year. It is amazing that it barely gets no play time on the radio. It cracked the top 40 a couple of weeks ago and fell off. I do not know why. It is better than half the crap that is out there. It is definately my favorite song of 2008. She is a very talented individual.
