  • This is fucking memories. I even remember when I got this came and I am still playing it :´D

  • DKC made 16 bits look prettier than most current games can manage on advanced hardware

  • can't wait for your DK64 entry

  • Hey Garudoh, I just wanted to say that you were one of the first people I subscribed when I joined Youtube, and I'm still listening to your soundtracks. Thanks for everything.

  • I made a song called Konkey Dong, it sounds kinda like this :P /watch?v=mTEAB7WGO6k&feature=channel_video_title

  • 08:17 super mario 64 music :D

  • No rockface rumble? D:

  • 4:58, omg that rocket like barrel level is too damn hard!!!

  • I just still cannot believe human kind could possibly haven potential making this kind of masterpiece. In another words, God made this game...

  • @cafedunhill77 Who?

  • probablemente el juego se snes que mas saco provecho a sus capacidades, esta en mis favoritos por siempre, me alegro muchas tardes con mis viejos amigos.

  • Dnload the audio from this video at searchripgrab doht cohm.

  • its alright but this is the best game ever

  • It's funny, now I use Funky Kong in Mario Kart Wii.

  • every time i think i'm gonna be late for class 4:00 plays in my head

  • The main map music is gorgeous ... good times

  • lol why'd this have the princess peach castle them from mario 64????

  • @RagtimeGoldfield Didn't this game come out before Super Mario 64 though?

  • @Jelley0 No, it actually came out two months after (Mario 64 came out in September, DKC3 came out in November).

  • whats the song called that plays at 1:30

  • Comment removed

  • 2:31 is my favorite.

  • @SpicyBarney Whats it called?

  • @sillykittycookie667 Cavern Caprice.

  • Wait... there was a 3rd?

  • Great videos +FAV

  • where do you got the music from the game?

  • I was shocked when it got to 8:14 to hear the main castle theme from Super Mario 64... I didn't realize this came out after it, but it's a great adaptation to the SNES hardware. I like it a lot!

  • haha rare made some of the best games, battletoads, dkc, goldeneye, banjo kazooie

  • The 90's.

  • what's the first theme?

  • you are fucking insane. youre a pro donkey kong player.

  • love good game music!! makes me thinking about the past

:( my snes broke 5 years ago:'(

snes and n64 are EPIC consoles

  • This one was not the best for music, DKC and DK 2 was RARE at its peak.

  • It's been over a decade since I beat this game and I still remember the music like it was yesterday. It's just that good!

  • The song that plays at 8:14 is a version of super mario 64 castle theme?

  • You're talking of a SNES game's OST.

  • that doesn't matter donkey kong country 3 came out november 18, 1996, and super mario 64 came out september 26, 1996. that was a big reason this game was overlooked by many!

  • @hahalolmkay

Actually, this was mainly overlooked because the Nintendo 64 was released a couple of months before.

  • @bagaaoglong that's what i meant.

  • @hahalolmkay At Wrinkly's Save Cave she is sometimes playing the N64 and that's the song that plays

  • @hahalolmkay Definitely!

  • XD this game scares me

  • David Wise, I want to have your babies.

  • I love the 2nd Song

  • that reminds me of my childhood. dk country was one of my first games...

  • And the franchise turns south...

  • 1 of my favs is 6:25

  • oh man yes

  • What's the name of that song? 6:25

  • It's K. Rool Theme

  • @dynamik008 nuts n bolts

  • @emobangs03 thanks, but I already got the OST and found out, haha. Great music.

  • very good game, there was the world in order^^

  • 8:16 sounds incredibly similar to the castle music from Super Mario 64. I wonder why...

  • mario 64 came out the same year as DKC3. that song was put in there to advertise the game i think

  • thats pretty cool

  • This used to be my favorite game back in the 90's, other than DKC 1

  • Wonder why David Wise didn't do more of the music? He does the intro song, the bonus levels, the save cave, and the brothers bears. Eveline Novakovic's songs just seem kind of empty, although I do like the factory music and the cascading waterfall

  • I could listen to the epic Mekanos Factory music all day.

  • The days when games were valued, and were made well. If the whole world just sat down and played some donkey kong for a day, or week, imagine what a great world we would be in.

Oh and I would like to marry the composer of this music, just need to get her name :D

  • Comment removed

  • read the description :) no not David, he's a guy :P

  • I agree with u on the 1st statement u have made. If the game developers were to sit down and play DKC for a day or so, they would realize how amazing the SNES was and not develope some horrible games!

  • DKC64, I do not like that thing.

  • Goood Job, what's the song in the intro? 0-0.50 ?

  • donkey kong country 3 song when you first turn game on

  • oh man, I've always loved the theme at 7:39, the cascading waterfall one or whatever it's called. And I did not know this was a soundtrack made by a female, by the way. That's very refreshing.

  • hmm bear coins... could that be even a bit related to Banjo?

  • It would make sense, being that Rare developed Banjo-Kazooie durin the 21st century

  • I love the Super Mario 64 castle theme

  • extremely similar!

  • The intro is a good remake but the original is better.

  • I guess I could say this is the best video game soundtrack done by a female

  • Kingdom Hearts, Super Mario RPG, Street Fighter II, those are all done by the same person... and it's a female. So no, this is not the best videogame soundtrack by a female.

  • Out of those games. Super Mario RPG is the only one I'd consider having good music. SF2 has good music set to the game for a fighting game but not where the songs would really catch your ear. Kingdom Hearts, I don't like that game. But, yeah, didn't know that and never really researched who did the music for those games.

  • HAHAHA, Mario 64 theme at 8:15

  • I love this game

  • All right! Jungle Jitter after clearing Lakeside Limbo, Rocket Run after Jangle Bells, Waterfall after Nuts 'n' Bolts. No Treetop Tumble???

  • besides the high-pitched tune at the very end which lasted only a few seconds, what is the name of the last song in this video? I really liked it

  • if your on the mane menu use the LR pads in this padern RRLRRLRRLRLRL the screan will whant you to tipe your name in again, if it dosen't come up, tipe the opposite LLR. don't tipe your name tipe the cheat words jinglebells for christmas music and music to see the music track. If the re-right name dosn't com up repeat one of te paderns till it coms up

  • i think this was a good game to finish the dkc series. i like all 3 games. very outstanding games on the snes and virtual console.

  • my fav one =D!!!!!

  • The game was fun but the music was iffy, except for the intro theme, that one rocks! What I remember most is the horrid reverse controls levels around the end of the game, it's like trying to make me convert to a new religion. Right is left, that's not right...right?

  • poison pond i think it was. all i did was play with the controller upsidedown. i was a 12 year old 16-bit genius : )

  • Well...what were you doing swimming around in poison, anyways? Doesn't sound to smart to me. =P

  • I prefer DKC3's music even with DKC2, just me though.

  • This soundtrack doesn't do anything but remind of Mario 64 and a track from Unreal Tournament. It just all sounds empty of life to me.

  • :'(

DKC 3 was by far my favorite out of the series, as well as the music.

  • The only bad think about this game is that there no enemies from the past games that return (Not counting K. Rool, that is)

  • omg, this game brings back SO many memories. i was searching youtube for like an hour trying to find this donkey kong game. this music made something in my mind click.

  • I think it's amazing that they pulled DKC3 within or almost within a year of DKC2's release? Anyway,I see DKC3 as more mellow and less serious release than the first two. I see DKC1 and 2 as widely different games. DKC was a revolution, then DKC2 definitely has a very unique feel to it. The graphics are more diverse, there's more of everything. Now DKC3,I think,is like an extension of DKC2. There are some small additions, those games and bears but they are filler. It ran a full circle.

  • dkc 3 is very similar to the first one, and graphics are the same too. dkc 2 was slightly more pixelated.

  • This is my favorite DK game..yet the easiest in my opinion. I can find all the Krem Koins and DK Koins..the graphics are similar to its predeccessors though. But i love the themes for all the levels, specially the Factory level(level 5). Gotta love DK3.

  • lol the 2nd to last song sounds like super mario 64 castle theme rite?

  • yes, but in mario 64, its a refrence to this game, since this came out first

  • that's why they even show Wrinkly Kong playing an N64 in her save houses

  • After DKC2, the music in this game just sounded uninspired.

Perhaps the only song that I really liked was the factory theme.

    I prefer the GBA soundtrack.

  • That version of the DKC Bonus THeme that begins the video, that's not the version from the first game. I've been looking all over for it, is it from this game?

  • i dont like the end of DKC3 because Dixie have all the credits for rescue of Diddy and Donkey.

  • Did they even mention Donkey Kong & Diddy Kong in the credits?

  • yes they do...except Donkey is tied up still in the credits and I even forget what Diddy is doing

  • yeah.

  • why cant they make games like donkey country 1 2 and 3 as well as donkey kong 64 cuz now the have donkey kong jungle beat and more crap that sucks.and also latley dk as bees sounding like a retard compared to the old games

  • you're right. I just finished playing through DKC3 once again, I wish there was a proper 4th part of the series...

  • the music in this game was positively WRETCHED compared to the first two, especially the awesome 2nd

    boring sawmill anyone?

plus the colour scheme was very strange

  • I have DKC 2 & 3 for the SNES I play #2 more however because of the sound1track.

  • The songs in DCK3 are soo epic and so nostalgic!

  • I love the music from this game!

  • i like stickerbrush symphony you should add that best DK song

  • good music, but not nearly as good as dkc1 or dkc2, because david wise only did a few songs for this game

  • @bovice229

Yeah, I think the GBA verson of Donkey Kong Country 3's soundtrack is much better than the original's, because David Wise was solely handling it. Nothing against Eveline Fischer, who produced good tracks for the original DKC3, but GBA's DKC3 is still better.

  • @bagaaoglong

Perhaps the composition is better. But the GBA just CAN NOT produce audio quality on the level of the SNES, which is strange, considering that the GBA was released 10 years later.

  • pwn ass game

  • What the hell? that last song is in Mario 64

  • Yes and it's wrinkly kong's save cave in the SNES version.

  • Are you 100% on that? cos im pretty sure she had a different song called "get up n go-go" or sumthing lyk that lol

  • Yes and what I mean is that the one in this vid is a remake of the music you hear when your in peach's castle.

  • OoOoO . . . well . . your probably right then, i hate the song so im not checking =)

  • What do you think of the DKC 2 Music?

  • DKC2 by far the best, really ahead of its time game music wise.

  • agreed, then 1, then 3

  • man i remember playing this, this way one of the best 1's ever
