The people in this video are helping the mother. many times a mother is not able to give birth by herself just like humans so people need to calm down. they did no harm the the mother or her baby.

@Cheetree1 NO actually while it may hurt the calfs legs and the mothers pelvis a bit the reason they are doing this is because the cow was struggling to give birth therefore the aid of man was required to help her give birth this is a regular procedure all over the world and with out the help of a human the calf would die inside the cow. So would you rather the cow have a slighly more painful birth or have her calf die.
