When you are crowning a witch it doesn't matter what difficulty its on. It should only take 1 shot if done right. Health only comes into play in situations where she can't be crowned.

no you can only crown her with a shotgun. works better with an auto because if you miss you can keep shooting and kill her but it's pretty simple with a pump shotgun just run right up to her and shoot he in the head as she begins to stand up (or in the torso)

This is strange. I never kill them that easy, and I know how to play... But then again I don't normally play on easy setting.

I've seen witches take 10 shotgun blasts into the body and keep coming. But I think maybe you have to attack BEFORE they are startled to deal more damage... I'm not sure.

But I don't even have Cr0wned yet so I don't know (I have the other witch achievements though... including 'Do Not Disturb')

when the witch is idle she takes 40% more damage than when she is attacking a victim, a headshot with any shotgun will do 1200 damage when done perfectly.the witch's speed lowers 60% when she is attacking while on fire, and she gets knocked back by propane tanks, pipe bombs, and killed in one falcon punch by a player tank (who'd be stupid enough for that?)

Actually, he just set the Witch anger rate to 0.1 or 0, lower than the original(0.2) at least. I don't think he was setting down the Witch health, as you see in 0:22 to 0:23 the Witch was standing up. And the distance rate is what you see there. So, no hacks involved.
