You are absolutely right, I personally see what your talking about everyday. The problem is the banks feel more comfortable investing and making a 1 or 2% then loaning money. I am told this trend will continue for another 3 - 5 years, which will only further collapse our economy by destroying additional viable business. . Oh who am I a business man like so many others that counted on the banks and someone who ran for NYS GOV. Reposted to FB ....ED Dunn
