Ok there was one ERROR. You stated 48 hr Film Project. Clearly a typo and you meant 48 days. You always do a grand job with the audio space of a video which I find to be the most important ironically. Chintzy audio will ruin even the best video. Well done and congrats. Amazing amount of work for that short a time frame.
Easy to see why this won recognition! Full of evocative images and I also liked how it wasn't TOO explanatory, that made it more heartbreaking.
I felt especially impacted by the sound - the foleys were so well chosen and placed in space, and some of the sounds were synthetic and suggested this dream world so well. Wow
This is haunting, feels like the story of everyday giving one's everyday for a job or dream but forgetting those closest to you. Though the ending is the best "Can I keep you" more like the dream entity "I am keeping you".
