this is a hot car I Iike the looks of it allot but stupid GM is dropping Pontiac what a bunch of fucken retards. RIP Pontiac. GM should have never of bought hummer and they never needed to buy saab or start saturn they made one stupid mistake after another. I bet they would be doing just fine if didn't try to buy every auto maker on the planet they got too big for there own good. Its a good example of what greed does to people..........

i heard gm is discontinuing all of pontiac, except the g8 and the solstice because they are turning pontiac into a performance car range for gm.. is that true? i know saturn hummer and saab are gonna be sold...

I really like the looks of this car more so to the original vert'. I just wish the finish of the interior, and even more the layout and thoughfulness of design and layout of the inside were better. W/ that said it is sad to see this famed marque disappear w/ eventual great cars like this one, along w/ the G8. I predict instant classic w/ any solstice model. RIP Pontiac

I read that production ceases at the end of July for the Solstice, and Pontiac as whole by 2010.

Yea. My uncle works at a production plant and in order to get out of bankruptcy they are getting rid of pontiacs completely and stopping production of them at the end of 2010. Also Saturn is being bought by some European company and Fiat(another european company) is merging with chrysler.
