  • Saw Kip open for Poison and Cinderalla some years ago, nothing but his voice and his guitar. It was all that everyone was talking about on the way home.

  • Kip is like bon giovi...but with ballz.

  • Awesome!

  • Kip Winger he's a great musician !

  • Great rendition, the guy is so talented.

  • yah easy come easy go ...easy when your tuned down soooo loooowww...c'mon Kip!...ok j/k...awesome tune...Kip is sooo under the radar its scary ...great talent love his stuff..

  • He needs to know that he actually loves me >wicked grin<

  • @Darce223 But if it was to suck, it sucks very well! mmmm, too sweet

  • Sounds great, and it looks effortless for him.

  • KIP WINGER ROCKS!

  • Love it, him, the guitar, the voice, every damn little thing he sings or plays.....

  • new winger album is coming out october '09...buy it!!!

  • One of the most talented person in music ever!!

  • Great job, especially playing acoustic and solo. Kip has aged extremely well, too.

  • he's tuning is soooooo low

  • thats cause the original riff is done alot on the bass guitar, so he's just trying to make it sound like the orginal

  • Easy come easy go is an Elvis film an song

  • He shouldve kept his long hair :)

  • i met the entire band in the parking lot of the anchor bar in buffalo, new york. it was very bizzarre. i think they thought i was a stalker but it was just by chance.

  • lol

  • Great song. But the original version that was on here a while back was the best. I wonder if it's back up.

I'm not much into the acoustical crap.

  • if he comes to Holland better change his first name ;0

  • Is this song on a CD anywhere?

  • yea it's on "In the heart of the young" . It was their second album, but Pull which came out in '93 I believe is awesome. if u haven't, check it out.

  • kip the king of rock!

  • They deleted seventeen from youtube just days before it would have 1000000 views. And every other Winger song. I hate Tom Cruise.

  • WOW that guitar sounds most excellent! He is such a gifted man, loved it!

  • 2 words: music genius. How many instruments does he play anyway? And his voice-he still sounds perfect.

  • i met them and got tons of pics and autographs in 1992 at siu and they opened for kiss and it was a great show and this is so cool to see. thanks for posting. and yes i have a huge mullet in the pics. awsome

  • Kip,associated band, nothing has compared since. No comparisons possible.

  • I think I have that same mic, looks like a Audix VX-5, good mic for live vocals.

  • No fucking doubt about it! Kip has talent and plays fucking awsome music!

  • Great video, Kip still has what it takes!

  • Cool version! That 12-string sounds great too!

  • Yea I got his pick two years ago. also got john roths:D plus reb handed me his pick after madalaine. I said to him can I have his pick and he went "but it´s not my signature" i said i don´t you played with it!!!:D the ticket price for the concert was kinda ridiculous though.16 euros!! Nice to see reb this summer with Whitesnake. Both Kip and Reb are incredible players and songwriters, but very underrated. That´s a shame.

  • Does anyone know what Kip's guitar is tuned to? I would like to learn this version of the song but am not sure if he is some weird tuning because I don't think that he is Standard A440 tuning. He is playing a 12 string so it makes sense. Can anyone help?

  • It sounds to me that the whole guitar is detuned 5 semitones.

The sixth string (that is usually tuned to E) is detuned to B. The rest of the strings are detuned this 5 semitones too...

  • It appears to me that the low e is tuned down to roughly a c and then you tune the rest of the guitar to that. It works but it doesn't sound as good on my acoustic six string as Kip's 12 string.

  • You rock, Kip.....great video ;)

  • what year is this?

  • Love ya!!

  • Name me one better hard rock singer Live, I love alot of them, but they don't measure up Live to Kip. Kudos bud because the man has range! I appreciate him more as time goes on and you realize how rare he is. (no I'm not gay! ha ha - tell that to my 3 kids).

  • kudos man, I feel the same way, I think he totally got shafted by a weak-sauce music industry lead by assholes in suits that care nothing about your talent, and only about your marketability.

  • Seconded.

  • Robert plant?

  • T-A-L-E-N-T. The old man still has it.

  • cool stuff--very melodic!

  • very cool!

  • gREAT !!! Acoustic version is really good

  • Skills

  • kip is awsome great singer lol stick to bass kip leave reb up to the guitar

  • he's good--of course not a lead guy but better than cobain!

  • Awesome, incredibly talented. When was this recorded?

  • Dude I've always wanted to play this song acoustic!

  • sweet man i love winger

  • wow tnx for sharing this. really great :D
