no its not. You can use a script in VX that makes it side battle. It doesent look that good though.

heres an advice,

when making a zelda game,

you should use the correct zelda sprites,

and zelda chipsets.

Charas Project has tons of those,you should check it out on google.

I will reccomend original characters, don't use the RTP...

Make towns smaller and add some ledges and stuff.

Configure the char set into a battle charset. It looks cool that way...

You should be able to find some sprites on the internet (I can see you got the Link on from the internet) but if not, try finding a sprite and editing it to make it look like a Goron/Zora. Just zoom in 8x in Paint and do "show grid" then you can use custom colours for more effect.

You might wanna add some characters wich have be come well-known in the LoZ Universe to the party at some point. Maybe Malon somewhere in the game, a Zora at one point, maybe a Goron and maybe Zelda at the end. I think that will make it more Zelda-like.
