if you notice you can see the person driving the car with photo mode,but this gets really dumb if you see the civillin cars window get next to it,go to photo mode and its the same person who's driving in the car your driving try out

you don't need to beat the living crap out of your car to get CTS. you just need to tap traffic when you go past 9hit and run style) and disable cops, the odd road sign here and there and thats your CTS.

well i have to crash thats part of the game to crash into stuff and increase the cost to state, the rx8 was a new car so i was getting the feel for it and drifting left right in the middle of road is to help me crash into everything.

and after you loose the cops the first time, if you drive slow by them they wont chase u.

wheelman is an rpg-ish "upgrade" method that will effect every car you are driving. For instance you can get points in forced injection and seemingly that will improve speed on every car you drive. Yeah..doesn't makes sense!
