Checked a few other movies with Brittany, I can see this isn't what she is usally like, from what I can tell.

Anesthesia reactions are sometimes odd. I am probably older than your parents, and after a recent surgery, the nurse said I ripped off a couple of bandages and was working on some stiches. Spit happens!

This is kinda sad in a way..just shows you how strong anesthesia can be, and how most younger teens/kids commonly react when coming to from anesthesia. Medication can make them quite emotioinal/erratic behavior, which can be a scary thing ;)

some people react differently to the meds, when i got mine out i was the same way, but really emotional, instead of yelling, i was bawling and trying to get out of the car while my mom was driving down the highway.

I dunno but I could guess it could be wads of cotton gauze pads..Or just the fact that its hard to talk when your mouths completly numb but maybe she kinda sounds like thiss??.. I kno when I got my wisdom teeth pulled i didnt even notice i had tons of gauze pads in my mouth till i got home like 30min later
