Has anyone noticed - with these older coaches 50+ (there are plenty on youtube) they always tuck their shirts into their shorts ??? Must be restrictive when you are playing a game ...
Best advice I ever got on a 2hbh is.... pre-impact left hand on bottom...post impact left hand on top....when I get a ball in my wheel house on the left wing I can rip it big time with this swing thought
It all depends on the player. Age and body type play a big factor. If they have a big upper body it's not too conducive to the two-hander. You need a supple upper body to really develop a two-hander. If they're an older player sometimes the one-hander is a better option because all their coordination is with their dominant hand and it's easier to get faster results. If they're a young junior usually the two-hander is better and eventually teach them a one-handed slice.
