why not just use a 12volt to 120 vac or a 12volt to 240 vac inverter with a gfci and a control board off of a central vacuum but do insulate yourself you want to stun animals not your self or use a hot fence box

its cool. its not home made. you just took a tazer apart and glued it on a piece of wood to make it look like you did it. then again, i could be wrong. sorry.
