Are you using windows media player 11? If it shows the album art on your songs in WMP11 than it should show on your mp3 player.

U can add memory but there are 2, 4, 8 and 16 gig versions with integrated memory

Use an iPod! You can get a past generation nano for really cheap online, and if your just a kid like me who just wants it for music and maybe a few phone numbers and podcasts, than thats the kind of player you need! Anyways, its way easier to use iTunes!

sadly, yes, luckily mine hasn't got one scratch on it, knock on wood. But it's well worth the money, by far the most bang you can get for a buck, besides that one chinese hooker on 9th street, but that's a whole 'nother story, lol

Just got a 4Gb ver for my GF, So far it rocks. Beats an Ipod hands down for the money! Huge screen, easy navigation, superb sound and picture, durable build, It also has an FM radio which icing on the cake. Not to mention an SD card slot! For the price of this I could only get a 1Gb Ipod Shuffle, What a joke. This Company has been making music players way before Apple. Highly recommend the Zen!

I researched a bit on the prices too. I was first planning to purchase the 8gb. But then I thought, I should get the 4gb one and just purchase SD cards. Well, wrong, If I want lets say another 4gb to match up with the 8gb its actually going to cost a lot more. I would suggest just buying something bigger and less SD cards.

As for videos, I heard they are great, I haven't seen one in my hands, just on reviews and you tube. Although some say that the screen is a bit small to watch a 2 hour movie.

Huh? No the SD memory doesn't integrate perfectly with the on board memory, but hopefully future firmware updates will handle that. Still kicks azz to through in a sd card with 4g of media and be able to access it. No other mp3 player has that.

i just purchased my zen and i was nervus becuz of its mixd reviews. some sed it was gr8 some say it got stuck on em. it workd fyn @ first d an hour after i got it working the display turned white on me! but then i remember reading something about a reset button on one of the comments.. tried it and it worked fyn from then on!! im still a fan of zen.. so much for such a little thing for such little price... scared me at first but nothing compared to the dissapointments i got from ipods..

it is visible as a generic storage device at any Win XP/Vista computer without any installation. although the system doesn't give drive letter, you can drag and drop files. The included software has it's own data management which is a plus.
