The icing on the cake is when she starts wearing a shirt with Ginger on it and somehow knows her shoe size! Courtney is either in love with Ginger or has issues (or both).

Since she's always been pampered she must have been very sheltered so seeing all the little thinks "normal" people her age do interests her. Remember when she had that sleepover? she had no idea what she was doing or the time she went to camp capris? It's all so she can feel like a normal kid I think. And Ginger in her eyes seems to fit that mold perfectly.
