@ironmauro2 If it does not help then you are not using enough. Violence is part of the natural order. Look at nature everything competes, attempts to kill others for food. Even plants will attempt to over grow each other, and starve them of their needed sun light, or choke away their resources. Welcome to the real world kid.
Theres also worse ways to torture people... For one they could shove needles under his finger-nails, if that doesn't work, break each finger one by one, if that doesn't work, a couple blows to the head with a hammer, if that doesn't work, put burning coals in his mouth, and if ALL that doesn't work, tie him down and put his head under a dripping faucet for 24 hours and repeat the process... Pffeh, amateurs.
Volgin's body possessed a physical anomaly that allowed him to generate 10 million volts of electricity at will, and he specialized in electric shock attacks. To protect himself from being injured by this exceedingly high voltage, having caused the numerous scars to his face, Volgin wore a rubber suit during combat. While wearing it, he could generate his maximum level of voltage, using it to enhance his strength to superhuman levels.
@katey1801 Yeah, this is where Snake Eyes get's tortured after he is distracts the russians from capturing the Joes. It's an old game, I forget what it's called though.
@Flickflag Apparently, that during torture, some people purposely wet themselves to say they are not going to talk. So instead of giving information, they practically say 'all you're getting is urine'. Plus pissing is said to be a natural painkiller. Although it could just be Snake doing an Otacon impression.

@FaWkInGsErIoUs That makes no sense, you realize this right? If he wore a rubber suit, he would've negated his electricity, not "enhanced" it...

@waddle200x That's funny xD. But why didn't snake just use his legs to kick Ocelot's revolver instead of pelvic thrusting him like that.
