Oh man... what a nice tribute. So many memories rushing back to me. xD I was on the edge of my seat, remembering every clip in the video and how it was tied to a puzzle I struggled for so long to complete. Just brings back all that satisfaction the Myst games brought.

one of the things that made Myst so good was in it's ability to make it seem real enough to touch.

the player actually feels like their there, talking to the characters, wandering through these different worlds, actually in the game!

It's a truly amazing thing to experience and it's something FF has never been able to do

Oh dude, I know. I love the look of the Myst games. Nothing today has even come close to how immersive that game was. Heck, "real enough to touch" you say? Agreed. Even in Myst 4 they let you "touch" things. xD

Beautiful tribute. MYST was one of the first PC games I played in the 90's when I got my first computer. I have a great love of this game and its children.

This game will pull you in and wont let go until you have seen and solved everything! I didnt like it at first and now Ive went thru all 5 & URU. The MYST universe is hypnotising! I myself got so engrossed it started to become a dark place and scary to play, when i was to stop playing i found it strange to get on with normal life. That is not a good place to be! MYST is by far the best piece of virtual world creation there is but be careful how much you let it in.

I also find myself having a hard time getting into adventure games. None really compare to Myst, in a sense of story depth. The Myst unniverse has a meaningful story that could touch the heart of anyone who chooses to play it. In addition to the Online URU Live game, you cna basically learn the history of the whole Myst unniverse just by reading the 3 great myst books. Everything from all games and books blends the story together perfectly.

Thanks! The song is 'Curtains' and it's by Peter Gabriel - they used it for the "dream" sequence in Myst IV:Revelation.
