In ITF, as you know, you get points from doing the hit and making contact with the other person's body. Obviously with lots of control.

In WTF, it's very similar, as in making contact with the other person's body. But the whole control factor doesn't comme in the same way.

In WTF, not because I belittle ITF, you require MUCH more combat skills, since it's not a simple light contact. You really need to work on speed, accuracy and power at the same time.

I mean, I've fought with the ITF style a little, but I really do prefer the WTF, since it simply feels less like a stage fight.

(I do have the experience to compare and talk about this, since I do do Tae Kwon Do, and have for about 8 years. Anyone that requires any sort of proof, go ahead, send hate, or replies in a dumb fashion. If it takes the actual certificate to have to believe, I'll show it gladly.)
