The small car could have been in his blind spot. It also could have shot around him to pass him. I am not sure what happened, but it may not have been completely the truck drivers fault.
i am sure the had to split the lanes to clear the curb when he turned and make sure he clears the fence along side of the road he is turning down. i can probably guess that as he was doing this that jackass in the sub compact was going twenty miles an hour over the speed limit and texting. he probably looked up from his text message just in time to slam into that guys trailer.........
nobody had to stop to check on the guy in the 4 - wheeler ,you could clearly see in the video that he was already on the phone with his lawyer
