I love it. Now what are you using as fertilizer?

I used Miracle Grow Garden Soil with moisture control in the peat pots and a mixture of the same soil plus compost and sand for the pots.

Any particular brands of compost? I have lost my southern ways lately. LOL!!

LOL The best kind, homemade! Its yard waste and kitchen scraps. But I don't have a compost pile, just my little compost bin, so I have to buy dirt for this year. I figured if I had to buy it anyway, I might as well get Miracle Grow because it already has nutrients and fertilizer in it. And I use the moister control kind because I mix it with sand, which is all we have here. (I live in the sand hills.)

About the kitchen scraps, just remember NO MEAT just vegetables, and coffee and tea grounds, and egg shells are ok.

Compost bins are vegetarian, so to speak, but I'm not! I feed my meat scraps to my dog.
