I think there should be a little mark on left or right side of this video where it says : 2007 technology or something like that, because obviously this is outdated technology.
I guess no one notices that this was posted almost 3 years ago WHEN THE TECHNOLOGY WAS NEW. SouthAfircanAirways, you are just trying to give a shameless plug for your own benifits. It was cool when it came out. Now its outdated, so what. The idea is changing technology....
Bloody hell, It is not that cool. Almost all airlines have it and most are much better than the "Magic" system that JAL have.
South African Airways, V Australia, ANA, Asiana, British Airways, Pakistan International Airlines, Emirates, Air Mauritius, Jet Airways and MANY more. That is a sub-standard NVOD (Near Video On Demand, you choose which movie you want to watch, but it runs on a loop.
Guess you don't fly much... Try Canadian Airlines where you have to bring your own head phones (or they give you little ear inserts that kill), or American Airlines with no gadgets... These gadgets really help when you fly for 9 hours...
How Come i can hear what sounds like the Jet Engines? Im sorry i never been on plane and i have phobia of plane... so i was just wondering what that sound was...other then that neat phone device
Yes, you're right, that noise is the engines. That's generally a sound you want to hear when you're at 35000ft, haha. If at 35000ft and it went quiet, then I'd be very worried!!
If you've heard a plane take off or land, you'll know they're pretty loud. So obviously if you're in one (and so far closer to the engines then when you watch them fly over) you're going to hear them.

And it's a controller with a phone built in.

Dear All,
I have some curious questions:
(1) What does inflight entertainment mean to you?
(2) Why does inflight entertainment is important for you flying journey?
(3) What kind of new feature will you expect for the future's inflight entertainment?
(4) What is the best inflight entertainment and airline toys for children?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative idea and brainstorm!!! :)
