This game is rubbish, It is for people who like arcade racing. If you want simulation buy motogp08 or SBK X. These 2 games are quality, proper racing games for the skilled gamers.

I think this is a game that mostly speedbike riders, like myself, will enjoy. I drive a kawasaki ninja and im definately looking forward to racing one in the game. i know this wouldnt be as realistic like forza 3, but the game definately looks enjoyable.

@nathancad I have MotoGP 09/10, and I also have MotoGP08 and SBK, and I own a sportsbike. I've really enjoyed MotoGP 09/10 so far; it's definitely a marked improvement over the 08 game. Once you get the hang of it, it's really satisfying and the handling dynamics are great. It's not pedantically realistic, and that doesn't detract from it. But hey, it's cool to disparage things, right? Seems like a waste of energy to me! Also "your" is possessive and "you're" is a contraction of "you are".
@simonwrg i didnt like a few things in motogp 08. i didnt like the ai. they were really random. on one track they'd be fast on another massively slow. also you overtake too easily. when do you ever see rossi going past 5 bikes on one straight. thats what i found constantly happened in this video as well which will be annoying
@martynhenrystyles Yeah i agree with you on that. Have you play MotoGP10 yet? It looks better but the flaws are similar - for me it's not got any longevity - i got bored of it pretty quick and there are a few frustrating things with tyre wear and how you perform in qualifying and the race - you can get pole by 4 seconds, then get eaten during the race, which is annoying. Having said that, it plays better and the graphics are much improved.

I think the game is bad!! No way to take down SBK... look is foot on that bike (125 or 250cc i think). He's foot takes out of the bike, thats a bug! How can it be possibel... The rider on that bike it's adapted to work on the bigger moto not on the 125cc... look at he's foot and u will see. I even tryed yet, but i think is no better than SBK. Will see later.

SBKX which comes in May will blow this away... not that I'm happy about that. They should have given this to Polyphony (tourist trophy & gran turismo) they should have been given the chance to make MotoGP and Formula One in my view.

You don't know what you're talking about. Valenitno Rossi is a legend! He is one of the most greatest and successful motorGP riders ever. And yes, he is still riding for Yamaha actually. Even next season, as he signed a two year deal about a year ago. Anyway, great game and I can't wait! Capcom is a great Games company, so I'm sure It'll be a stunningly brilliant game.

There's no point in even putting the '09 bikes in, who's going to want to play last year's season when the 2010 season is already kicking off!! Unless you desperately love one of the riders who has lost his ride in 2010 it's a waste of development time and effort.
The rider animation looks very strange, the rider leans his head way too far over too early on when going into a lean and what's with the frogs legs!??

This version looks the same as 08 and what I mean by that is that the bikes look as if they were floating on the track. The bikes are not moving the way they should, it looks FAKE. Moto GP 07 is the best. The gameplay and how the bike feels and everything. THQ did an amazing job with this game and when Capcom took over for the '08 version this game SUCKED. I bought the '08 version and after playing it 2 times I was really disappointed and sold it on ebay.
What a J O K E. Bring back MILESTONE. Changing devs on this one is a B I G mistake.

This is the arcade mode, I have yet to see a video of their realistic mode :) So don't worry, there should be a realistic mode in the game!

I think Moto GP games would be so much better if you could feel the bikes wheel spin and brakes through the controller.
the controller would move to the left or right when given gas for rear wheel.
The front and rear brakes could be felt through the controller,
for the front brakes, the controller would dip forward and the rear brakes it would dip towards the back.
any thoughts on this ?

Even next season, as he signed a two year deal about a year ago. Anyway, great game and I can't wait! Capcom is a great Games company, so I'm sure It'll be a stunningly brilliant game.

There's no point in even putting the '09 bikes in, who's going to want to play last year's season when the 2010 season is already kicking off!! Unless you desperately love one of the riders who has lost his ride in 2010 it's a waste of development time and effort.
I hope it's better by a long way than '08!!

The bike needs to pivot on the contact point of the rear tyre - this game is doomed to fail.

This version looks the same as 08 and what I mean by that is that the bikes look as if they were floating on the track. The bikes are not moving the way they should, it looks FAKE. You can notice it only by watching it and better yet by playing it. This game suckas ass.Moto GP '07 is the best and I recommend that game. Please I wish that THQ would make this game again because Capcom has made a really good job at making this game a shit.Capcom ruined this game!

Moto GP 07 is the best. The gameplay and how the bike feels and everything. THQ did an amazing job with this game and when Capcom took over for the '08 version this game SUCKED. I bought the '08 version and after playing it 2 times I was really disappointed and sold it on ebay.

Sorry but you obviously dont follow bike racing - for one, this video features the 250's and secondly, if anything the 250's and especially the 125's are the smoothest flowing bikes you will ever see.
