@Franksie11: Yes, but the (in my opinion!) horrible third movie - X-men 3 quite ruined Rogue's character. She decides to get cured from her mutation and in the end she returns to Bobby - finally able to touch him.

In the comics however, Rogue is not paired with Iceman, but with Gambit. See wikipedia for details.

@Elenor7 it's more realistic that she get cured. I can't believe how it must feel like to not be able to touch people. She had a chance to have a normal relationship and she took it. Her power was cool but the backfire sucked.
