plz make another video which show complete process of notochord formation , neural tube formation, plus the derivatives arising from these structures thank u! i dint a find a complete video yet:/ and u also dint mention the oropharryngeal membrane in that.
From 1:25 to 1:15, the video DOES show epiblast cells migrating towards the primitive streak and the penetrating ventrally into the hypoblast layer to form the endoderm, then migrating ventrally between ectoderm and endoderm to form mesoderm; basically, how all the layers form in relation to one another. The video simultaneously shows development and elongation of the layers, as well as notochord formation...this is the definition of gastrulation.
I don't want to be that one guy with standards, but this is not very good, I mean maybe you are all scientists and you just don't know what is possible
@repotsirc the reason this is so useful is that it provides a 3d image of each layer, giving a great idea about how developments affect others in time and space. None of the other youtube videos I've seen have done this. Very useful for someone studying embryology
it is a great video, no doubt about it, but the notochord development is not exactly rightly shown, and for me, that was the hardest part to get. Gastrulation, yes, nicely done. Notochord formation, 6/10, maybe less.
puedes descargarlo con el RealPlayer si tienes activada la opcion, o descargarte algun programa gratuito para bajar videos de YouTube, busca en Google alguno.

@TheDRkNz the movement is the same as how the neural tube is formed on the other side of the embryonic disk..

This is not gastrulation, this is elongation after gastrulation.

Awesome video! It's hard to visual this process in 3d, especially with the different layers, and this video makes it much clearer.
