You can break some keys if not careful. Some have small metal pieces that fit into grooves, and you can pry them until the grooves break if you don't do it right. It's only certain keys, but the "0" on the number pad IS on of them.

Great... everybodu talks about cleaning the outer side of the keyboard, but your HOT WATER thingy, its the step that is missing everywhere else.

I founf this video to be incredibly informative. Just enough information was given - it wasn't too detailed, but it didn't leave the viewer frustrated or concerned about what to do next. I appreciated that the creator of the video "thank"ed the viewer at the end.
