first of all- in deed some of us adore marching. in fact it was one of the favourite services during my military time.

BIG BUT

our marches dont sound all the same. they just are different from your british and the yankee ones. british are more symphonical and melodic. americans are very..well "american".

but our german marches are simply based on a traditional set of rhythms and beats, different from yours. that set may be pretty constant and similar but the details around are always different.

@jamesraw75 It took me a while to train those German soldiers to march to a British tune...but they did it in the end, the German loves to march.

@Edward245100 "almost as good" what the fuck! Not only do I collect syms, I also collect marches.I've got 40 more to come......I can tell you, the best marches are from the US and UK.....Germany......? Well, the Germans.....what more can you say, except, their marches tend to sound all the same.
