I Think to answer your question of who Performed the princess (It's just a guess but I Could be wrong) Would be Jerry Juhl! When You think about the only muppet voices you would hear from the 60's would come from Henson, Juhl and Sometimes Frank Oz. but it might be possible that Jim's Wife performed her.
