  • TTK: do you give guitar lessons? Ur blues playing is awesome.

  • TTK: how big is the ToneLounge you're in? Looks pretty cramped in there.

  • I have most of the X-Series pedals and they're great!!! I have reviews on my other channel GuitarDudeBen5150 if you want to check them out.

  • hey thanks for the demo awesome and very informative and I didn't know the secret about the metal master thanks.

  • rajate con un cabezal pos....salu2

  • metal master sounds so good...thanks ttk !

  • A little request if you don't mind - Can you run a combo of Digitech Death Metal/Boss Metal Core with Boss CE-3/Digitech Multi Chorus and a (Boss or Digitech)Digital Delay/Reverb pedal?

  • when i grow up, i wanna be just like the tone king, thousands of amps and a crap load of pedals. thats the life

  • Love your video's Tone King, It's refreshing to hear someone who knows what they are talking about....... Right on.... Keep em coming brother.....*****

  • ....METAL MASTER MODELS MARK III?

  • Wish i could get my mt2 to sound like that

  • eh.

  • Hi TK, what's your opinion on the Digitech Tone Driver? Would you use it as a boost or as a standalone crunch on a clean channel? Does it emulate the Dod, TS9 and TS808 well? I have one of these bad boys, I have yet to tap into their true potential.

  • Does the raw signal have some reverb on it? It sounds so...

  • i have watched a billion videos reviewing metal effects and i dont think that there is effect with enought gain for me :D

  • try the new tonebox skullcrusher (it's out soon)

  • the Metal Master was the best of the bunch - but then again, I'm a metalhead.

  • \m/

  • Do a danelectro FAB series pedal review of a few of their pedals like the Chorus, Metal, and whatever else. Wild how the MM's model of the MT-2 sounds better then the MT-2 lol.

  • I loved the 30 Pedals in 30 Days idea, it's great!

I really liked the Metal Master, sounded pretty good to me. :)

  • agreed great idea love it!

  • Another great review. Much appreciated.

  • you should do the Hardwire series like you mentioned!

  • u should do a review of the boss ge-7, there isnt a decent review out there

  • How would you compare that M.K. guitar to other Les-Paulish guitars?

  • Thanks for the review man! I was curious if you'd be able to do a review on Digidesin's Eleven Rack. Keep up the great reviews!!

  • u have to do a Delay special. that would be awesome specially if u include the MXR carbon Copy

  • please PLEASE do the zvex box of metal. i will love you forever if you do! haha jk but seriously no one has a good demo of it yet.

  • aint nothing wrong w/ loving TTK he's badass man.

  • Greetings from Brasil

    Keep Rocking

  • ok how can u be able to pluck all the string and static and feedback wont fuck it up and sound like shit yes i know ur on a gibson but what can i do to make my guitars sound clean not like shit

  • nice but why your on the crunch channel on the marshal??

  • because, he probably wanted a better solo setting or more gain.

  • this are very nice but I wish you'd do em dry so the effect is more clear

  • Hey TTK, Have you thought about reviewing some fuzz pedals, eg FuzzFace or the Zvex Fuzz Factory?, That would be sweet.., Thanks

  • Best guitar informational channel on You tube

  • what do you think of the didgitech rp series because i have a rp250

  • Sir, you have one of the most informative and enjoyable YouTube sites. Thanks for what you do.

  • Thank you David. I appreciate the kind words.

  • Nice shades. =D

    How about some modulation pedals?

  • hesh - coming soon :-)

  • Sweet!

You've done a great job with these videos and I wish you the best of luck as November continues!

  • Wat riff is this on the tone driver i forgotten

  • I really like your demos. I think you do an outstanding job, clear and articulate in plain language and skilled at doing the very best you can within the limitations of computer videos.

Keep up the excellent work. Very helpful.

  • Thank you PS.

  • You better do the Hardwire pedals!

  • Oh, and do some Sansamp and Radial Pedals too!

  • As always, great video. The Metal Master sounds like a fun thing to have.

  • you seem like a really cool guy

  • what do you think about the guitar? is it any good? how much did it cost ?

  • Well done TTK, another fantastic video! :)

  • Good 1, the Metal Master sure does sound like a Mesa Recto amp! Probably wouldnt use it live, but would be handy for recording purposes!

    Good 1 TK!

  • It's very handy for recording. One thing he didn't mention was that there are two outputs. (He only had so much time, after all). The regular "to amp" output, and a cabinet modeling output made to plug directly into the mixing board. Anybody who gets one should definitelt spring for the AC power supply. The thing goes through 9-volt batteries like I go through Moutain Dew!

  • nice one, and could You do also one with sans amp's from Character series (especially British and California).

    Best regards.

  • Can you tell me what your amp head tone setting are? bass, mids and treble and reverb.

  • Could it be that "Blues Solo" on the Tone Driver is modelled after the Boss BD-2 Blues Driver ?

On a side note some settings sound better than others. The fuzz settings sounds horrendous and the Metal zone or TS actually ok. I owned the Reverb version of this serie and it was OK. You're right these stompboxes are usually a good deal even though you buy it only for one or two sounds out of 5 on each one that you like.

    Keep 'em coming TTK \m/

  • btw, Hardwire series is getting rave reviews from all over. they are quality.

  • I just got the Digitech Tone Driver for thirty bucks. It has an excellent sound and is extremely versatile. In my opinion it is one of the best ways to spend 30 bucks I have come across in a long time.

  • If you're into "way out there sounds" check out the DigiTech Synth Wah. Its the one pedal that is constantly on my pedalboard. It does really cool stuff.

  • do you feel as though digital pedals take away from any natural tone from the guitar? or even take over charachteristics of the amps natural sound?

  • Mark - I absolutely do. They are great if that is the only pedal you are using. Once you throw a pedal like that in the mix w/ other pedals - you loose that bit of organic-ness, that analogue pedals know how to cope with. GREAT QUESTION. I think I was shooting to address that in my video, by pointing out that they are digital pedals - but it didn't really come out. Thank you for asking!

  • thanks TK for doin what you do man. i've always veered away from digital, but maybe i will check these bad boys out for some sessions, ty TK.

    -Mark

  • The Digitech Bad Monkey is really impressive. Side by side with my Fulltone OCD into my tube amps, it is was very close.

  • Hmmm ... that my be my next video.

  • Get video as usual! Are you ever going to do a Splawn Nitro demo?

  • WSM - I don't own any Splawn pedals. Maybe I'll have to check out their line. Thx for the heads up.

  • Splawn makes pedals? I thought they only made amps.

  • I was talking about the amps. No, they don't make pedals.

  • Alright, just wondering. TTK mentioned pedals, and I thought they just recently just started on pedals.

  • DigiTech is already offering a free pedal when you buy any two from now until January 15 through rebate. I'd recommend waiting for the upcoming sales to take advantage of this deal.

  • nght5tlkr - you are officially the most informed viewer I know of on sales and deals!! As always - thanks for sharing!

  • Thanks, TK
