mulmantar is up to gurparsad. jup is the heading of a bani which we call jup ji sahib with respect. Aad such jugad such.... TO.......nanak hosi bi such is a saloak .  so it is not a part of mulmantar.

Jaap is the title of a prayer.

Aad sach jugad sach hai bhe sach Nanak hosee bhee sach is a saloke.

I suppose reciting the three parts together is fine but remember the mool mantar begins at ik and ends at parsad.

Chanting the Mool Mantra HAR, Name of the Lord, the source of nectar, says Nanak, I have found the Perfect Lord. Singing the Praises of the absolute Lord, why should anyone be afraid of death?
