@gsbradly82 I know for the weapon racks you need to have the weapon you want on there in your right hand ... it may be the same for the wall mounts

For All the Arguments: Level Cap is 81, Sam Guevenne spawns in any tavern when you get to level 14.

@croWnatanael You have to complete the StormCloak quests in WindHelm, then you can buy the house.

@bylDesign no you don't necessarily have to complete the stormcloak quests, if you finish the imperial story line, the option to buy will also be available

Did you ever have the issue that Blood on the Ice didn't work, or any other issues with that house, such as buying it or removing the murdered items, fixing chairs etc?

@xiNViSiONxHD I didn't have any issues actually, I thought I was having an issue getting the blood on ice quest to finish (spoiler alert) because I couldn't get the mage to tell me about the murders and catch the real one. But I did the quest before liberation of skyrim, so after completing that it was all hunky-dory. apparently cleaning the house as the first upgrade stops that glitch with the blood too....

@alexconingham Strange, because I've tried to complete both the stormcloak's side, and the imperials, aswell as I've bought the clean up decoration but they didn't work.

Found some console commands to buy the house, and decorations aswell, but the decorations didn't work, and I couldn't get in before i used command to finish the blood on ice.

@skat3r430 she has a quest to retrieve her blade the grimsever to her, then she will marry you. I recommend finding someone else thou as she is pretty annoying. realistically, a male would be best as they are stronger companions

And 80 is the cap anyway, purely because there are so more perks to take after that, so it is a soft cap. think before calling ppl dumbass

your definition of soft cap is wanting, it isn't about how hard it is to level, soft-caps are about diminishing returns, you may need to google that term... seeming as dragons scale with you, there is no true soft-cap, but well done regurgitating forum posts...
