Here are the levels of all of them:

Yamcha - lvl 22

Goku - lvl 18 *Then I deleted him, but I'm a level 23 and I'm finally at Bloomingdale*

Jeice - lvl 4 or 8

Tiencha - lvl 8 *I don't know about Jeice or Tiencha, I just guessed.*

@jbird139 After you have defeated Lleviathan for the second time, blow Sterling's Whistle and attempt to land in water. The game will then ask you if you want to head to the Realm of the Almighty. You can also talk to Celestria on the top floor to reach the Realm of the Mighty to train or re-battle Corvus.

@jbird139 To do quest 125, u accept the quest and Patty says something about a girl named Phoebe and you found out she's in Batsureg,so u talk 2 the person who greets you and then u talk more and find out she's dead, then u go to the inn and rest then go near the item shop and ur see a goast and that's Phoebe!The see tells u 2 go to Khaalag coast with no zoom or train, by boat,Khaalag coast which is north of Batsureg, then once ur there go to the east,right of the coast and you foung a friendant

@bluepinixy Well that was the lowest one I've seen. I've seen lvl 57 grottos with weaker bosses. Point is that is the absolute lowest grotto I've seen Atlas appear in, I usually encounter him in the upper 40's and lower 50's.

WHOA, 6500 HP!? the lvl 40 sage quest says to kill atlas using zam.well, i can normally cause 50-60 damage with zam to a cyclops, but i gotta weeken him, then use zam at the right time D: and it hought lvl 15 killin equinox with bang was hard, ugghhhh. more time to waste.

@Link4everOot Their chance of spawning is VERY LOW in Tower of Nod. My chars are ~45 lvl now and I am getting like 1-15 lvl grottos which is shit. So right now I think I will farm in Slime Hill with 2 characters only.
